survey Results from Momentum
During the Momentum week the
TWUK team interviewed 79 people (7 are unemployed and didn’t fill in the survey).
Here’s a quick summary of some of the findings.
Thirty-three people said 'work' was the hardest place for them to live out their Christian faith with 22 others saying it was the second hardest place. Thus 55 interviewees found living out their faith at work hard. 50 people said they considered work to be an important mission field yet only 12 people met to pray weekly with other Christians for their work, with 43 people never praying with anyone about work, even though 47 people said they did know other Christians within their work who potentially they could pray with. Interestingly out of those interviewed only 10 people prayed who weren’t part of a workplace or professional group whilst 30 out of the 34 people interviewed who were part of a WG or PG did pray with others for their work. More findings below…
