Board of Trustees

Meet our Board of Trustees

Julian Shellard

Julian spent much of his time in the civil service where he served as a lawyer in a number of government departments. He jointly founded Christians in Government UK, an umbrella group linking Christians in national government departments across the country, and led the organisation for a period as Christian in Government’s first Chair. Julian now works with a pharmaceutical company.

Susan Harrison

As well as being a trustee for Transform Work UK, Susan is also a vision carrier for Worship24. Susan currently works for Ford Credit Britain in Brentwood, Essex. Susan is passionate for God to be honoured in every moment of every day and night and for the UK to be a nation under God. There are many plans in a man’s heart, nevertheless it is the Lord’s counsel that will stand. Proverbs 19:21

Ofonimeh Umoh Abudu

Ofonimeh was called to the Bar of England and Wales before crossing over to enrol as a solicitor. She has just under two decades of experience in both the private and public sector. She currently works as an advisory lawyer. She has a passion to encourage all Christians to connect and pray for their organisations starting with their direct line of management. She strongly believes in the power of prayer and how it can dramatically impact our work places as “if we are not praying for our managers, then who is?”

An expression of her love for God can be found in the way she worships God in song. Ofonimeh is an active member of a network of churches with over 102 different nationalities where she regularly plays the guitar and leads worship / teams. She is a strategic adviser, mentor and coach who ministers both within the UK and abroad.

Steve Matthews

Steve is a town planner with Sefton Council, just north of Liverpool, and has spent his entire career in local government. He is Transform Work UK Ambassador for Liverpool / Merseyside. He has a passion to see Christians live out their faith on their work ‘frontlines’, to encourage Christian groups to set up and flourish in their place of work, and to be a positive influence on their organisations.

The following also meet with the Trustees Board:

Ros Loaker – Chief Executive Officer

Ros has been involved with workplace ministry since 2003, supporting and growing leaders of Christian Workplace Groups across the professions, industry and commerce.
