"And behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last."  Revelation 20 vs 12-13

 Light of the World
Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me.

There is as much historical evidence of the life of Jesus as there is of the life of Julius Caesar.

Welcome to our Website

The Secretaries and Administrators Christian Fellowship (SACF) recognise people are busy in their lives and in their work place and sometimes don’t even have time to take their lunch breaks.  This website is designed to support Christians on line, and to witness the gospel.  It aims to explain the gospel in its simplicity; the steps to take in order to become a Christian, and provides valuable support websites.  Details of popular churches in the City and West End are shown under links. Sermons can be downloaded and listened to on-line.  SACF also organises outreach events outside the Royal Exchange which point people to Jesus and highlights the local churches.  Details of these outreach events can be found under the events tab.

SACF 60th Anniversary Celebration

SACF has just celebrated it's 60th anniversary. You can find here the words of the address by Sir Edward Leigh at our celebration event.

Recent Testimony from a Member of SACF

'My testimony is that Christ is with me in my role and that I couldn't do my job without Him. I am thankful that I recognise that I can do nothing without Him and I can see Him in all I do. The way I see it is that my job is too hard for me to do alone, so I pray all the time for Jesus to help me and give me wisdom in every task.'

The Secretaries and Administrators Christian Fellowship, known as the ‘Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) Christian Fellowship’ has been running for 60 years.

Back in 1950s when the fellowship was formed, it was normal practice for professional bodies to have a Christian fellowship, reflecting the environment in the country and the heritage that we belong to. As we walk around the City of London we are reminded of our Christian heritage through the ancient buildings which point to our great history which was inseparable from the faith England once held as a nation. We were one people, one heart, one faith and held one compassion for each other and for our neighbours and for everyone who came to this country.

Today the fellowship want to carry on what the founders of this Christian fellowship started back then; to speak the word of truth about our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ in the same freedom that those founders experienced 54 years ago

Although there is great challenges in today’s secular and materialistic society, it is good to remember the words of the late President Kennedy who said ‘that we choose to do things, not because they are easy, but because they are hard, because that goal will serve to organise and measure the best of our energies and skills, because that challenge is one that we are willing to accept, one we are unwilling to postpone, and one which we intend to win, and the others, too.’ Likewise we are facing these days a much harder environment and tougher laws than we have ever had in our country’s history with regards to expressing our faith and being able to evangelise the word of the gospel; but we have to have faith and along with that faith, the realisation that Jesus Christ has the victory, and He is our strength and our refuge and our deliverer.

Christians should not be intimidated by the world around us in which Christians are patronised, the bible tells us where there is the spirit, there is freedom because we are free in Jesus, and if Jesus has condemned sin, so we should. Jesus loved sinners and came to save sinners but condemned sin itself.

There is a story of a preacher boy who was in a class in a liberal college, and the professor said, "Christians ought never to have any enemies. We ought never to be controversial." Then he said, "What we need to do is to follow the example of Jesus."

The boy lifted his hand and asked, "If Jesus Christ was so beautifully tactful and diplomatic, how did He manage to get Himself crucified?"

Peace is not appeasement. It is a right relationship with God that leads to a right relationship with self and guides us into right relationships with others. Literally, peace is a fruit of righteousness. It is the righteousness of God ruling and reigning in your heart.
Jesus Prays for All Believers whilst with his disciples at the last supper, the night before he was crucified.
