Workplace Spirtual Meditation

Workplace spiritual meditationDid your organisation run a wellbeing or mindfulness day last year?  Will they be running one again this year?  If so why not get involved as a Christian Workplace Group and offer your services.  Last year we highlighted the Christian Group at CBRE who ran a 30 mins Christian meditation as part of their wellbeing day and it was very well received.

If you don't feel confident enough to run a session yourself but want to encourage a Christian aspect to mindfulness and wellbeing, why not ask Lou Seale to come and lead a session in your workplace for all staff.  Lou, also known as Lynsdey who along with her husband Collin are Transform Work Associates.
Make contact with Lou at seale.lyndsey@gmail.com to find out more.
