One of the great things about life is that each day can seem like a new beginning.  Yesterday is past and the night has gone - we open up our curtains to a new day with new possibilities.

Our God is very much like that in that when He forgives - He does so completely.  The mistakes of yesterday are completely forgotten, even if the devil tries to remind us of them - as far as our Lord is concerned it's as though we didn't commit them.  And so today is a fresh start, a new beginning.

In our last newsletter we mentioned that Transform Work UK is going through a time of change - a new beginning.  You can read more about those changes in the article below, but in summary we have organised ourselves into the following groups.

  • The first will continue to work directly with and supporting, Christian Workplace Groups and Professional groups. Ros Turner and Trevor Payne are leading this stream of activity. In order to increase our effectiveness, we are developing a team of nationwide ambassadors who will be able to advise and assist Christian groups throughout the UK.
  •  Our second activity stream is concerned with delivering workplace ministry initiatives and is led by Adrian Miles. This involves the delivery of workshops and presentations, including the Management of Workplace Stress and developing Christian Workplace Groups. We also hope to be able to provide advice on career development and potential redundancy issues in the near future. This team will continue to develop workplace guides around a range workplace matters affecting Christians.
  • Our two delivery arms are supported by our Executive and Communications team led by Jayne Payne, Michael Coveney and Jeff Steady, which will also include ongoing development and maintenance of our website.
The TWUK team is excited by what the future holds and where the Lord decides to take us. Our plans are ambitious, but we move forward confidently in faith. We are taking steps to develop the resources necessary and in recent weeks we have had many people coming forward, expressing an interest in joining the TWUK ministry.

If you are interested in getting involved, please let us know.

Have a great week in His service
