About Christians in Engineering

Activities

We seek to develop our activities so as to enable us to draw closer to achieving our aims. This requires an active membership who are willing to give energy, enthusiasm, time and prayer to such activities. We produce the Christians In Engineering Newsletter, containing articles, news and reviews relevant to our membership. Many of these are written by the members - we would welcome more!
The development of local contacts has been commenced and regional/national meetings seem to be a future possibility. We are a fairly new group and so we are still feeling our way forward. By joining us, you can be a part of the Christian witness to the engineering community.

Christians in Engineering and Transform Work UK

Christians In Engineering is affiliated to and administered by Transform Work UK.
Transform Work UK has the vision to see the UK workplace transformed, locally and nationally, by every Christian living out their faith in effective workplace ministry, leading to transformation over time in the nation’s culture, values and spiritual environment. The organisation was formed in 2007 by the merger of Getting God 2 Work and the Christian Workplace Forum to work in partnership with many other workplace organisations across the whole of the UK. Transform Work UK produces a fortnightly e-newsletter and held its first national conference in November 2009.

Christians in Engineering and UCCF

The Christian Engineers Association was one of the professional or specialist groups which are part of or affiliated to the Universities and Colleges Christian Fellowship until May 2000. CEA was formerly known as The Engineers Group of UCCF Associates prior to 1991, when it became the Christian Engineers’ Association. In January 2010 the name was changed to Christians in Engineering.
Strong links are maintained with UCCF and we encourage all members of Christians in Engineering to become UCCF Supporters. (Author: )
