Introduce Yourself

You are not alone
Hello everyone,

Just to introduce myself: I am a solicitor by profession and have just started my own firm: Wisdom Solicitors;- www.legalwisdom.co.uk.

The great thing about organisations like transform UK is they help you remember you are not alone.
I am already a member of the Lawyers Christian Fellowship and the Association of Christian Law firms. I can also be found on the Christian Professionals Group of linked-in.com.

The forums here are a bit sparse but we should use them and build each other up. So, hello and get posting folks.

I agree, what a wonderful way to introduce ones gifts, where we can help fellow Christians in living the principles of Jesus Christ in our daily conduct and business affairs.
This may sound strange, but I would prefer to only deal with Christians in relation to business.
At the moment however I am becoming a mother and have taken maternity leave. So I pray that all of you may continue to touch someone with the love of Christ in all that you do on a daily basis.

God bless,
Nadeshda

Thanks for the info and I quite agree! I work from Transform Work UK and love helping Christians live for God in their working life - it's such a buzz when you experience breakthrough with colleagues or find other Christians to pray with in the place where you work. It's like you are suddenly on another level with them as you pray together. If we can do anything to help us let us know.

I also feel we should use the forums more often to talk about our love for God and Jesus and our love for each other. I ache every day because of the way I feel and I want to shout it out to everyone.
I think that an empty forum is like an empty room; no one bothers to go in.
I make my pledge now to use the forums at least once every week to talk to my fellow Christians, if for no other reason than to keep in touch. Will anyone join me please?
All my love in Jesus,
Michael Cox

I work from home and find contact with other Christians invaluable. Today, I got some encouragement from a friend who runs his own business and it really helped me move forward. We were not meant to operate in isolation! I think we need to gate-crash OUT of the individualistic mindset of the West and remember we are a body - I need you and you need me! God bless.
