Dear {recipient.first_name} This Easter we would like to encourage you with a testimony. Sioned recently sent her story to us and her account offers further evidence what Transform Work UK is beginning to sense. There is a fresh breath over the nation, in the words of Chan Abraham "the beat of a different drum". Here is what she said:
I attended an "Impact Training Week" with Jonathan Conrathe. After hearing from the Lord, Jon has moved to Telford to help equip the churches across all denominations (whoever would like to work with him) to see revival in this area ... On the Wednesday evening, we opened the session with worship and prayer as usual. Jon was about to start teaching when the most incredible, awesome presence of the Lord fell. Everyone became silent apart from a young art student who fell to her knees sobbing. She cried out, "He's here - I can see Jesus walking around whispering to people. There's blood dripping down the walls." She was the only person who could see Jesus, but the rest of us could feel Him. I fell onto my knees at His presence and lost track of time. The next day, someone said we had been like that for 45 minutes.
Saturday 6th after the course finished: After I left, I wandered the streets of Wellington and then Shrewsbury and I met a number of people from my workplace with whom I was able to share Jesus. This was awesome, as Jesus has put the workplace on my heart ... Two of my work colleagues came to Jon's healing evening at the Park Inn. They had to leave at 8.00 because of child minding so missed the healing ministry at the end, but both really engaged with the evangelistic talk beforehand and want to hear more. Praise the Lord!
Back in the workplace: On Monday morning I could feel the Spirit rising in me. I spent my usual time in prayer before setting off for work. I also prayed in tongues as I walked in and asked the Lord to give me some idea of what to say. He told me to tell people what it is like to have a relationship with Him. During the first two hours various people on my team asked me how I had got on the previous week. I told them a little of what had happened, namely, that Jon had had to reschedule as Jesus sent the Holy Spirit powerfully. I explained that Jesus took the rubbish out of us and flooded us with His love. The response from those people was very encouraging. They really engaged. As the morning passed and our 11am team meeting approached I was experiencing the power of the Spirit so strongly I was worried that I was going to fall off my chair! The meeting began at 11.00 and 20 minutes later as it was ending, an atheist (an agnostic really, but she always calls herself an atheist) asked me in front of everyone how I had got on the previous week.
