Tips for Engineers
- Recognise the privilege of working in engineering
- Seek out other Christians, whatever the extent of their engineering appreciation
- Be aware of the extra pressures a Christian engineer can experience
- Remember that engineering can be quite a difficult challenge
- Recognise that engineering is a genuinely Christian vocation
- Recognise that engineering is constantly in change mode
- Do not expect to get by in engineering without disappointments and frustrations
- Guard your prayer life - do not let engineering activities squeeze it out
- Remember it is not the "Caring" profession, but people still need care
- Look for ways of helping others, both engineers and those of other disciplines!
